area of the machine's actual footprint.
FITS IN A CORNER
The 1450, the latest version of the corner unit (pioneered by Vectra),
takes up a miniscule 6' x 6' of floor space and can be placed anywhere
you want, even against a wall or in a corner. And all of the exercises
are performed WITHIN this footprint. The machine surrounds you.
Chest: Decline Press, Bench Press, Incline Press, Cross Chest Fly, Dips.
Back: Lat Pull, Seated Low Row, Wide Grip Mid Row, Shoulder Shrugs, Back Extension.
Legs: Squat, Leg Extension, Lying Leg Curl, Standing Calf Raise, Inner Thigh Pull, Outer Thigh Pull, Kick Back.
